Room Reveal: A Boho Master Bedroom

Ahhhhhh. That’s exactly how I feel walking into our master bedroom. I’ve always wanted that feeling but never quite felt it quite like this before. In our previous home, our room was quite small and almost felt crammed at times. In our parents home, even though it is temporary (for the next year or so), we have much more space to walk around, add details, and even fit a king-sized bed which we have never had before!

The before and after results are like night and day. This room was actually my old room before I got married and moved out. The walls were a light gray, a queen sized Ikea bed frame lay pretty much where we have our new bed, and was filled with girly knick knacks. It’s funny how paint can really change a room. All we really did in this room was paint the walls (again in my fave Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore) and made sure to add key pieces that would last us forever. Some of those are our dresser, bed frame and mirror all from Rove Concepts. If you’ve been following me for a while, you know we had a few pieces from there for our first home and loved them so much. They are amazing quality, and every pieces has a classic design with a modern twist.

This room was put together last only because it took so long for me to figure out what I wanted it to feel like. So, I paid attention to the details because I know these will move with us to our new home. Our recent trip to Joshua Tree really confirmed that boho feel with simple details was exactly what I wanted and so here it is. I’ve linked all our details below for you guys incase you’re interested!
