DIY: Galentine’s Day Tea Party

[zephyr_dropcaps style=”withbg” firstcolor=”#333333″ bgcolor=””]T[/zephyr_dropcaps]his post is dedicated to all the fabulous single ladies! Who says Valentine’s Day needs to be spent alone?! Gather some of your gal pals and throw yourselves a fantastic tea party! Tip: replace tea with mimosas if you’re looking for some extra fun in your conversations!

I gathered some of my closest girlfriends and threw an intimate tea party accompanied by baked goods, candies and of course some delicious tea! Fortunately, my friends don’t need mimosas to get our conversations started, so no mimosas this time.

Planning a tea party isn’t difficult, but I’ve got some tips on how to throw a good one:
– Get everyone to bring some thing to the party – baked goods, alcohol, teas, you name it! This will get them involved in the planning process and save you some money and time too!
– Decorate your place! Your friends will appreciate all the time and thought you put into the party. Plus, your photos will turn out so much more cuter!
– Provide your girlfriends a little favour to take home. This can be something small and sentimental or even something as little as a tin of tea for the week!

If you follow these simple tips, I’m sure you’ll have a more than successful Galentine’s Day Party!
So, whether you’re spending love day with your gals or your special someone, just remember it’s a day to appreciate and be grateful for the people in your lives whom you get to experience life and love with. Hope you have a great Galentine’s/Valentine’s Day loves! x o x o.
